Kolkata to Kolkata (2 Nights 3 Days)

Day 1 : Day one at Sundarbans

8:00 AM – 9:20 AM :- First pick up point : Indian Museum, Main Gate, Near Park Street Metro, reporting time : 8:00 AM. , departure time : 8:30 AM. Second pick up point : P.C. Chandra Garden Gate No.1 (opposite Science city) - reporting time : 9:00 AM , departure time : 9:20 AM . It will be a Three hours' drive in an AC vehicle to Godkhali - the last car point. Breakfast on the way.

1:30 PM : Lunch.

3:30 PM : Reach Pakhiralay island via a thrilling boat ride, which is located just opposite to the Sundarbans Tiger Reserve, where our stay is.

4:00 PM : A short introduction on boat to the Sundarbans Bird forest with an appealing sunset view.

7:00 PM : Local folk dance followed by complimentary snacks, Tea / Coffee.

9:00 PM : Dinner and Night stay at hotel

Day 2 : Day two at Sundarbans

7:00 AM : Bed tea

8:30 AM : Sundarbans Forest tour begins via boat with the permit and a certified guide followed by breakfast.

9:30 AM : Thrilling boat Safari through various rivers, islands, small creeks & canals covering Sajnekhali, Sudhanyakhali, Dobanki Watch Tower. We will also sail on Panchamukhi (confluence of 5 rivers - Matla, Herobhanga, Bidyadhari, Gomti, Khonakhali) which forms a part of the Tiger Reserve area.

12:30 PM : Visit The 500 meter canopy walk at Dobanki which gives an opportunity to view wildlife from a mid floating point .

1:30 PM : Visit to Panchamukhi 5 River junction & Jharkhali Tiger Reserve Area.

4:00 PM : Tea and biscuit

5:00 PM : After the thrilling Sundarbans national park safari, we will return back to our hotel in Pakhiralay.

10:00 PM : Dinner will be served at hotel.

Day 3 : Day three at Sundarbans

7:00 AM : Guests can explore the local village (for an hour) and return back to the hotel by 8 AM

9:00 AM : Breakfast

9:45 AM : Visit Hamilton bungalow and Rabindranath Tagore's bungalow.

12:30 PM : Lunch will be provided on the way.

5:00 PM : Reach Kolkata by 5:00 PM

  • Pick up and drop from Kolkata by AC Vehicle on sharing basis.

  • Mechanised well maintained Boat with beds and European Toilet.

  • All major meals like Breakfast, Lunch, Evening tea Snacks, Dinner bed tea.

  • Evening Cultural Programme.

  • Jungle entry fees and guide charges.

  • Boat permits and Still Camera permissions.

  • Daily hotel and boat sanitisation.

  • Camp Fire (Winter Season Only).

Exclusions:

  • Any Hard or Aerated Drinks.

  • Video camera charges.

  • Any miscellaneous expenses incurred by the guests.

  • Coolie Charge.

  • Foreign guests will have to pay separately for the Permit fees inside the Tiger Reserve.

Things to Carry:

  • Specific Medicines If You Need For an upset stomach, Cough, Cold, Fever, Etc.

  • Guests must carry valid photo ID proof during the tour.

  • Foreign guests must carry their original passport mandatorily.

  • Camera / Binoculars to View distant animals & landscape

  • Light Baggage which is easy to carry

  • Comfortable footwear

  • Carry sunglasses / cap / sunscreens / mosquito repellent during your Sundarbans safari

  • There are online facilities available on the island, depending on the network. You are advised to carry minimum cash for your own expense / purchasing souvenirs.

Child Policy:

  • 1 to 4 years – free

  • Age group between - 4 to within 8 years – 50 % charge

  • Above 8 years – full charge

Important Note:

  • Itinerary is subject to change as the visit to various watchtowers depends upon the weather and tidal conditions. However, all watchtowers and destinations as mentioned in the itinerary will definitely be covered.

  • The Food menu may change based on the availability.

  • Due to technical or other issues, the Vehicle or Boat may be changed for the safety of our guests.

  • Minimum 6 guests or the cost equivalent if we do not have an existing group on the date of your choice.

  • This is a group tour and the group can reach up to 25 and beyond.

  • No luxurious facilities are available on our Boat.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: If we are unable to form a group on the day you have booked for the group tour.

  • Full or partial refund in case of trip getting cancelled due to natural calamities .

  • NO Refund In case of delay pertaining to vehicle/boat breakdown, traffic jam or any other reasons other than the above-mentioned reasons.
