These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Nomads of Sundarbans's Website, located at https://nomadsofsundarbans.in.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, Nomads of Sundarbans and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Nomads of Sundarbans. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Nomads of Sundarbans for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from Nomads of Sundarbans

• Duplicate or copy material from Nomads of Sundarbans

• Redistribute content from Nomads of Sundarbans

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof 15th June 2026.

Payment:

• A minimum token fee / booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged to reserve your seats for the tour. Rest amount to be paid on the date of the tour.

• Booking amount to be paid via UPI/Bank transfer.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: If we are unable to form a group on the day you have booked for the group tour (inclusive of the booking charge)

• Full or partial refund in case the trips gets cancelled due to natural calamities.

• NO Refund In case of delay pertaining to vehicle/boat breakdown, traffic jam or any other reasons other than the ones mentioned above.
